What is 1:1 Integrative Guidance?
These one-on-one sessions are designed for people who want practical guidance, education and embodied support beyond a single massage session. This work focuses on helping you understand what your body needs and how to support it between appointments.
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your specific concerns, whether physical, emotional or situational. They may take place in person or over Zoom and often include clear instruction and demonstration of tools you can use at home.
Depending on your needs, sessions may include nervous system regulation practices, self massage for pain or tension, breathwork, guided visualizations, gentle movement or stretching, and other somatic practices that support emotional and relational well being.
For those who benefit from continuity, longer support options are available in one, three or six month formats. These extended options provide space for assessment, intention setting, and ongoing guidance as needs evolve.
Areas of support may include developing sustainable self-care practices, trauma-informed regulation tools, medical cannabis education and compassionate support for individuals navigating illness or caregiving.
