What is Pregnancy Massage?

Pregnancy massage is a supportive, gentle form of therapeutic massage bodywork designed to meet the changing needs of the pregnant body.

It is a therapeutic approach that supports physical comfort, nervous system regulation, and overall well being during pregnancy.  This work can help ease common prenatal discomforts such as low back pain, shoulder tension, leg cramps, headaches and swelling in the lower limbs.

Sessions are performed in a side-laying position with pillows and bolsters to support your body and belly, allowing you to feel full held and supported in a comfortable position throughout the massage.

Each session is tailored to your stage of pregnancy and your individual experience as a pregnant person that adjusts as your body changes.
